In parallel with the events in Paris the exhibition of the contemporary photographers will be opened in Faur Zsófi Ráday Gallery in view of the international and domestic interest.
The list of artists is e$ceptionally varied. This is not a coincidence, because the primary aim of the exhibition is to summarize the contemporary photographic’ trends and representatives.
In addition to the artists exhibiting (Gabriella Csoszó, Anna Fabricius, Gergely Szatmári, Ágnes Éva Molnár) a provocative picture of Lídija Skenderovic can be seen in the exhibition, wich closely connect to the work of Hajnal Németh with its propagandistic message. In the art of Károly Minyó Szert and Miklós Bölcskey the classical tendencies are equally important. Both experiment with something clompletely new exploiting the technical possibilities, artistic molding unconventional.
The events in november at Paris means a great step in Faur Zsófi – Ráday Galery’s one of the most important aim to place the hungarian contemporary photo art’s most significant creators into international kontext, familiarize and make available for foreign audience. The word ’mania’ indeed reflects the increased activity, wherein photography plays an increasingly important role in the galery’s life, just as in domestic and international contemporary art.
